- 2005/2006: TTP-Yhtiöt Oy’s structural steel business moved over to Midinvest Management Oy’s majority ownership, new TTP-Yhtiöt Oy
- 2005/2006: Industrial painting business sold to FSP Finnish Steel Painting Oy
- 2006: Keski-Suomen Mastorakenne Oy located in Kannonkoski acquired, merger in 2007
- 2007: Potila Oy’s steel construction business located in Kokemäki acquired
- 2007: Subsidiary Steka Oy located in Kouvola acquired
- 2007: Subsidiary KS-Sinkki Oy located in Lievestuore acquired
- 2008: TTP-Yhtiöt Oy was sold to Primaca Group Oy and to the company´s operative management. In the same connection, TTP Yhtiöt Oy sold the entire share capital of KS Sinkki Oy to Aurajoki Oy, which belongs to the Primaca Group.
- 2011: TTP-Yhtiöt Oy become again as family company, the family Suuronen bought all of the shares in 19 JUL 2011
